I bought this pillow for neck pain as I have degenerated disk disease. I've always woke up with neck pain until I got this pillow. Now I sleep well without the sharp neck pain. This water pillow helps to keep my neck formed. It took me a couple nights to add enough water to be just right for me. I would recommend this pillow to anyone with neck issues. My wife had tried it and wanted one for herself, so I had ordered one for her as well.

I started using this after ER doc said I had anxiety. I believe I had a really bad sinus infection but either way I thought this might be my answer to healing. First week was rough but I knew it might get worse before getting better if I needed to cleanse first. After a week I started to finally feel more healthy. If what I had really was anxiety this is helping me feel more normal again. I have washed them twice now and they still tested to be working on a continuity tester. Great product! Great prices!

You can remove some of the stuffing for less firmness. If they made the hole bigger it would be easier to deal with at night in bed.
