Y’all…….. home health dream

I use this as I work in home health and I’m constantly in car driving. These really helps me to not eat fast food or always eat cold lunches. Takes like 30 minutes to heat up refrigerated food. It’s awesome

Give it some time. It will heat your food.

This is a way to heat or cook food while using less power. I like to use a rectangular plastic container from a frozen meal. It's about the shape of the oven. I made spaghetti with canned sauce and frozen meatballs. I put the dry noodles on the bottom with about 1/4 cup of water then added an appropriate amount of sauce and meatballs. I sealed the top of the container with aluminum foil. I put it in the oven and plugged it into the outlet. About 5 hours later, I checked the meal. I used a food thermometer to verify the temperature in the center of the once frozen meatball and it was 165°. I recommend a thin bottom container and not too tall. Seal it well and if you have any doubts, check with a food thermometer.
