Set Up:

Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the earthing mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of grounding!

Cleaning Instructions:

Wash weekly or a minimum of 2x per month
Wash by hand or in a washing machine
Wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 celsius)
Dry in a dryer on low heat or line dry

Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your grounding product.

Great value for the price

The most attractive functioning grounding pillowcases I’ve ever bought, and I’ve bought a lot.

SOOOO SOFT!

First, this fabric is crazy soft - like a cross between t-shirt material and cashmere. It is just crazy, crazy soft.

Second, as to grounding itself - it's a little hard to say. I feel like I feel better when I ground, but I don't keep detailed logs of how I feel when I wake up, so it's difficult to quantify. I have been grounding with a wrist strap while I sleep for a long time (for an old back injury from a car accident), but a pillow case makes it much easier, and I don't have to worry about the strap disconnecting while I sleep. I might eventually get a sheet for grounding, but they're pretty pricey. A pillow case is a nice medium ground in terms of cost, so I like it.

This really works regarding lower back pain.

This works great. I bought it to address lower back pain. I was very sceptical but a friend highly recommended it. After about 10 days I noticed I wasn't waking up with any pain. I have been using this for several months. It washes easily and is comfortable like a pillow case.

It appears to be made of good quality material and it seems to work fine. Someone mentioned in an earlier review that there was no continuity and it doesn't work. The product description clearly states that the wire has a 100 ohm resistance for safety which would prevent a continuity reading, with still allowing significant electron flow.
