Set Up:

Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the grounding mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of earthing!

Cleaning Instructions:

Wipe down the outside of your product using a damp cloth mixed with a small amount of mild household soap.
Use a clean, damp cloth to thoroughly wipe away the soap. (This prevents buildup which blocks conductivity.)
Let your product air dry.

Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your grounding product. Never put your product in the washing machine or dryer

Earthing is really good for our health

Since we can't always be outside barefoot, I found this mat very useful. Highly recommend it.

Earthing or Grounding seems to help

I like how simple it is to ground myself especially in the cold months when I can't get outside to do it. Feel like it may be helping with digestive issues I have . I am hoping it will help my husband with his numb feet as well.

It really works

These earthing mats really work, I tested both mat and wrist band with a volt multimeter. Without earthing 0.435 v and with touching the mat or wearing the wrist band-Absolute 0! It really works.
