Set Up:

Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the grounding mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of earthing!

Cleaning Instructions:

Wipe down the outside of your product using a damp cloth mixed with a small amount of mild household soap.
Use a clean, damp cloth to thoroughly wipe away the soap. (This prevents buildup which blocks conductivity.)
Let your product air dry.

Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your grounding product. Never put your product in the washing machine or dryer

Grounding Pad

I like using grounding products, especially since I'm always in front of a computer instead of outside. This is a large mouse pad, so your arm can have contact with the pad too. Just snap the cord onto the pad, and plug the other end into the round portion of a 3 hole electrical plug. The pad doesn't use electricity, it is only plugged into the grounding hole. The pad helps reduce strain and fatigue.

Great mouse pad replacement

Looks great. A nice replacement to older black mouse pads that were showing and grime. The textured finish looks really nice and is easier to keep clean. Can't speak to the grounding properties but am hopeful that works too! I wish the grounding cable was black to better blend Into the dark desktop but that's a minor thing.
