How does it work?

When you come into direct contact with the earth, either by standing barefoot or using the grounding mat, this charge is transferred to your body. Set Up:

Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the grounding mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of earthing!

Cleaning Instructions:

  1. Wipe down the outside of your product using a damp cloth mixed with a small amount of mild household soap. 
  2. Use a clean, damp cloth to thoroughly wipe away the soap. (This prevents buildup which blocks conductivity.) 
  3. Let your product air dry.


Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your grounding product. Never put your product in the washing machine or dryer

Reduced AC Voltage to nearly zero

I tested this with a multimeter, set to AC. Voltage in my hand showed about 4 volts prior to touching the mat, went down to about 1-15 millivolts when I was touching the mat.

In comparison, I likewise tested a fabric grounding-sheet that claimed to have silver threads woven into it, from you-know-where. It failed this same test.

Whether grounding actually works to relieve pain, etc, may be open to question in some circles, but this product does accomplish what it claims to do -- it nearly eliminates the ambient voltage difference with that of the earth.

Happiness ensues!

I got this to use when sitting at the computer which I do way too much, but it was large enough that I could use it under my legs in bed. So I've been using it when I sleep and it has helped me to sleep on my left side which is something I haven't been able to do for months! I'm happy!

it works

I tested this mat with a multimeter and it works! I didn’t know if the vegan leather material would be conductive, but it is. The mat is nice and soft it’ll be good for yin and restorative yoga, or just meditating on. Great to have for winter when I can’t do earthing yoga outside!

Works to connect with the earth in your house!

I just received my grounding mat. It arrived fast, was packaged well, and was easy to assemble. I have been looking more into earthing and all the benefits that can come from it. Initially, I began looking for alternative methods to help with inflammation and the pain associated with it. I have only been using the mat for two days now. After a couple of hours at my desk with the mat under my feet, I feel a noticeable decrease in joint pain in my feet/ankles.

I love my new yoga mat!

When I came across this "Grounded Yoga Mat" I was immediately intrigued because I have been a yoga enthusiast for a long time. So I figured I would try grounding and incorporate it into my yoga routine. As I progressed through my routine I just felt very relaxed. My muscles felt relaxed and more fluid and flexible than they usually do. It may be a coincidence but I also had quite a bit of a headache that eased throughout the yoga session.
