Earthing uses the earth's natural energy to improve health and well-being. The earth carries a slightly negative electrical charge. When you come into direct contact with the earth, either by standing barefoot or using the grounding mat, this charge is transferred to your body. Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the grounding mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of earthing!
Cleaning Instructions:
- Wash weekly or a minimum of 2x per month
- Wash by hand or in a washing machine
- Wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 celsius)
- Dry in a dryer on low heat or line dry
Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your earthing product.

I started using this after ER doc said I had anxiety. I believe I had a really bad sinus infection but either way I thought this might be my answer to healing. First week was rough but I knew it might get worse before getting better if I needed to cleanse first. After a week I started to finally feel more healthy. If what I had really was anxiety this is helping me feel more normal again. I have washed them twice now and they still tested to be working on a continuity tester. Great product! Great prices!
I tested with a multimeter. At first I thought it didn't work, but then I found out that it has a resistor for safety. After adjusting the multimeter for the resistance, I see it works.
First night of use and I actually woke up feeling lighter.
I have been using this pillowcase for about 4 or 5 days and I do have to say I feel refreshed when I wake up. I bought this for the health benefits and if this great waking up with energy continues, im positive ill be feeling better and better....need to get 2 more for family members!
