Set-Up:

Just plug the snap-on cord into the ground socket of a wall electrical outlet. This will allow the slight negative electrical charge from the earth to flow through the cord and onto the conductive leather surface of the earthing mat so that you can enjoy the benefits of grounding!

Cleaning Instructions:

Wash weekly or a minimum of 2x per month
Wash by hand or in a washing machine
Wash with warm water, approximately 105 degrees Fahrenheit (40 celsius)
Dry in a dryer on low heat or line dry

Important: Never use a cleaning agent containing bleach, disinfectants, oils, or whitening agents as they can ruin the conductivity of your grounding product.

Love it

I ordered a couple options to see which one i wanted. The other option was fitted but simply didnt work. It was just an overpriced sheet. This one did work and I could actually feel it. It wasn't a placebo affect either because I completely expected the opposite

Good Design!

I gave it to my sister to try - and she loved it! Said she slept much more deeply, felt more rested up on waking, and had more dreams (which she took as a sign of going into deeper sleep). Exactly as advertised!

Really comfortable and pretty incredible results so far

Really comfortable sheet. I have a TBI (traumatic brain injury) and have been recovering since the accident in August of 2015. I have REM sleep disorder which makes me thrash around in bed, punch, kick, scream, and generally make my wife's life a living hell. I have headaches all the time and inflammation everywhere. Fibromyalgia started about a year ago now too so pretty much constantly in pain. I started using these as soon as they arrived. My wife has commented that my sleep is much deeper and I haven't been screaming or thrashing around. I've only talked in sleep a few times. That's a big deal to me. I do also feel a bit more energized and have been in a better mood.

I'm not saying that it's a "miracle sheet". I don't think it will magically solve all of your problems. I can only speak to my experience with it. I still have lots of problems, but this is the first time I've felt like there is some hope and a light at the end of the tunnel. My Fibromyalgia and inflammation is slightly better. I have good days and bad. I'm happy these are so comfortable and have already provided results and proof to me that there is something to this whole "grounding" or "earthing" thing. I thought it was hippie voodoo, but I'm a believer now.
