A low-tech solution for the world’s alarming pain epidemic
Did you know that in today’s high-tech medical age a fifth of the world’s population suffers from some kind of pain? That’s 1.5 billion out of 7 billion people. Something is very wrong with that picture.
Strange as it seems, what’s wrong with that picture is that modern society is largely oblivious to a very low-tech remedy: the planet itself. You never learned this in school, but the Earth’s surface packs potent anti-inflammatory and painkilling energy. All you need to do is ground yourself…and easily connect with Nature’s original painkiller. No prescription needed. Inflammation is the cause of much disease and pain. Lack of Earthing – that is, lack of contact with the Earth – is an overlooked cause of the inflammation driving the pain epidemic.
Most pain, including the most severe, usually responds quickly to Earthing. Pain following injury or surgery usually diminishes significantly in intensity and duration.
When you become grounded, subatomic particles called electrons, present throughout the surface of the Earth, are absorbed by the body and immediately start to neutralize inflammation…and the pain it causes.
Living with less pain
For years people have been telling us things like this:
● “I was in excruciating pain for five years from a bulging disc in the lower back. Nothing helped. Grounding got me out of pain and saved my sanity.”
● “Earthing sucked the pain right out of my body.”
● “I am astonished at the effectiveness of sleeping grounded. I have had chronic neck and back pain and severe stress often associated with it. The improvement in sleep and pain in only 3 nights has been dramatic. This seems to be the best kept health secret in town.”

Pain specialist: “Conditions often heal that typically never get better!”
Wendy Menigoz, D.N., a pain specialist in Bourbonnais, Illinois: “I have been grounding patients for eight or nine years. Roughly 90 percent are Earthing. “I tell my female patients to be grounded because helps with their cysts, periods, cramps, bloating, hot flashes, fibromyalgia, back pain and other pain. I ask them to do Earthing exclusively for a week. Sleep with a grounding mat, and put their feet on another one for at least an hour during the day. I don’t give them anything else to do. In bed, I like the mat to be under the core and to sleep directly on it. There is more weight there, and people are less likely to roll off the mat. After a month or so they can put it under the regular bottom sheet if desired.
“I do this so they see how important and powerful Earthing is by itself. If I give them other things to do in the beginning, like take supplements, change diet, etc, they may not realize the significance of Earthing. I get them grounded first and then fine tune them.
“When patients are grounded, conditions often heal that typically never get better.”

Thermal imaging shows how fast Earthing knocks down pain
Medical thermal imaging dramatically shows reduction of inflammation and pain. Arrows in left image above show hot pain spots. Image on right a 50 percent reduction after two nights of sleeping grounded. Click here for more images of rapid effect of Earthing on pain.
One doctor’s personal pain and allergy story
The current epidemic of chronic pain and unwellness, and tragic opioid overuse, calls for exploration of alternative solutions. “I strongly believe grounding is one such promising solution,” says a military doctor. Click here to read more.
The “magic” Earthing pain patches for quick relief
There are many ways to ground yourself. Outdoors by being barefoot on a regular basis. Indoors, using Earthing mats, bands or patches. Patches provide the quickest relief. Read about them here: Every Medicine Cabinet Should Have Them! For general information on how to ground yourself, read this article.
